Can you take a screen capture of it? I just checked the post in question, and it allows me to reply to it. It might just be a glitch on your end.

that happens to me when viewing other people's disliked comments. I just refresh the page and it works.

It think that's because you got there by a link from your notifications. Just refresh your page.
