Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Ideas for EA to release a different test subject

Which title should EA have released for the Switch?

The Sims 17 43.59%

Magic Carpet 2 5.13%

Road Rash 0 0%

SimCity 5 12.82%

Desert Strike 0 0%

Mutant League Football 0 0%

Skate or Die! 1 2.56%

Command & Conquer 4 10.26%

Burnout 7 17.95%

Boom Blox 3 7.69%

Total:39

So EA holds a lot of IPs which some are old and some acquired recently.  Give EA an idea how to sell over a million copies on the Switch.

Mass Effect 3 rerelease with all DLC at 60$

Genius.

From the poll C&C. It should be Theme Hospital instead, although we do have CorsixTH.

EDIT: The patients are EA customers, see their satisfaction.

You say tomato, I say tomato

"¡Viva la Ñ!"

Too many IPs. I should have listed NBA Jam.

If they want to make a successor to Burnout Paradise, I'd be all for that on Switch.

The Sims. Previous iterations have done relatively well on Nintendo systems (even the fairly obscure Sims 3 with very little marketing release on 3DS did well at about 700k sold).

While I would say the Sims is the perfect litmus test, Sim City and Plants VS. Zombies (the original and potentially the second one; not the FPS Garden Warfare games) would also most likely do well on the eShop.

A current gen Star Wars game or major blockbuster title released same day as the other platforms with equal features would be a good 'test case'.

Better then the gimped FIFA.

Just let them skip the Switch. They would have to make something original.......yeah, not going to happen.

just do what they do on other systems. no need for tests lol.

I would have picked The Sims but I imagine EA would litter it with microtransactions until it's basically unplayable like they did with Dungeon Keeper. There simply would be too many opportunitys to fuck with players.

Arcady gameplay fits the Switch pretty good imo, therefore Burnout might work out quite well. An SSX game might fit, too. Also Plants vs Zombies seems reasonable to me.
