You should get on the site's Discord server for times like this. It's not advertised anywhere, I think, but that's how I reclaimed access to my account. It's pretty unbelievable someone has been trying account recovery for this long though.

Well, the VGC Discord isn't really an official server, but maybe some day it will be.

Yeah. Like I thought, it's not official, but there's quite a few people there anyway. You need an invitation link. It expires after a day though, so PM me if you're late.

You could make a thread on it if you'd like. There are some people in the server who aren't as keen on new people joining However I myself am fine with more people coming!
