Forums - Politics Discussion - Texas church shooting leaves many dead (atleast 27).

Smh, I guess this is just going to be a normal occurrence in the US now.

Was the gunman a christian white man?

It was a white male, don't know if it was a Christian.

Was the guy illegal?

Mass shooting in a church? Not likely. Doesn't matter either way.

USA

http://www.gunviolencearchive.org   They track everything in USA.

Meanwhile the newspapers here are freaking out over every single serial killer.

Would be nice to know how many of these were considered gang related. I suspect it makes this metric far less incendiary

And nothing will happen.

This shit will be forgotten a week later just like the Vegas shooting.

And the gun culture/obsession of America will remain unchanged. Just another machine that operates on American blood. Tragic.

It happened in Texas so the person could be illegal

Trump didn't tweet already 150 times about it so I guess it wasn't an Islamist terrorist attack or at least it's not known about it, yet?

Man, humans are just terrible.

This would be number 10 atleast, if you don't account about gang related crimes/family related or any connection at all (work related etc).

Interesting numbers.

2014 incidents: 51.863   Deaths 12.564
2015 incidents: 53.707   Deaths 13.505
2016 incidents: 58.795  Deaths  15.084
2017 incidents: 52.308   Deaths 13.127

(Not including the yearly +20.000 gun suicides)

Edit: Sad thing I had to update the 2017 numbers twice in basically ten minutes.
