I think they know this but charge the higher price anyway to milk the consumers who do actually buy them at the higher price. Then when they new them gone they cut the price down to something fair.

The PS4 pushed passed the 1 year PSN subscription to hit number one when it was in stock, while the XB1 has only managed to get to number 2 with BOTH other consoles out of stock. The Switch was beaten by the PS4 when it was in stock. It's clear that, given stock, the PS4 would have still lead the charts.

So when does the NPD window end, Monday? If Sony's done with the $199 PS4 that's a good amount of time for One S to push past it, or match it on Amazon before NPD, because I know MS provided plenty

It ends on Tuesday. And yeah, PS4 shortages (mainly due to the underestimation of sales by Sony) could cost them the win.

edit: I'm sorry, I got it wrong. It actually ends on Sunday.

Not much else to discuss right now I’m guessing. Most stock is sold out now. Next we got cyber Monday which actually made more money last year than Black Friday did. All three have sold a ridiculous amount this year. It’s absolutely crazy.
