And "free speech" is not an absolute good either in my opinion or according to the rules of VGChartz. For example, we have rules against trolling.

That is a subjective opinion. and if subjective opinions are to be taken into account I could very well say: Discussions of ANY kind do not need to extend to issues having to do with sex...

Being shocked is relative and subjective. You can ONLY ask of something not to be discussed if I can do the same regarding something else.

So can I ask you to NOT talk about sex at all? Or does that infringe on your free speech? If your answer is "Sorry but I (which is you) can talk about sex as long as what is said does not shock me" then you cannot tell someone else that they can or cannot talk about something that does not shock them but shocks you.

If your answer is "Ok you can tell me to not open threads of sexual nature and I'll stop cause it shocks you even though it does not shock me" then in that case you can ask of others not to speak of a specific issue cause you feel it should not be discussed.

Now if there is a specific rule on this forum forbidding that specific talk then it is different. It must not be spoken cause against some rule, so here my question is: Is this specific issue here that bothers you against a rule on this forum?

As for trolling, it's an entirely different problem. Everyone agrees trolling is bad and up to this point there is no trolling on this thread so trolling does not apply here.
