Don't you just love the architectural choices in some of the kingdoms? For instance, the Aztec figures (and boss design) in Sand Kingdom?

Yes. The sheer diversity of landscapes and art directions make the title really feel like going on a vacation around the globe.

So, who among you guys made this tricky jump? Not really hard, but still fun .

I'm at 253 moons now, just about to move on from new donk city. So I guess at 25% It's cool how you can combine all the different jumps to get more height and/or distance. I chose the snow to go to next, I guess you'll end up doing both anyway.

Post Game spoilers about the final level on the  Moon 

The last level was ridiculous. The level was super long and you had to be perfect. I think I spent maybe 10 minutes on each attempt. So I would run a marathon but end dying so I would do the entire marathon all over again. Also the part with gliding through the tornados was the bane of my existence. It didn't matter how well I did because if I messed up there I had to start all over again. However after what felt like hours of trying I finally beat the stage. It was satisfying but in an emo way.  

Anyway after about 27 hours i think I am almost done with my first playthrough. I think it is time to move on. I will replay this another time. Maybe next year.

I'm at about 600 moons at this point.

I've really enjoyed it up to this point, but I haven't gone back to play it in a few days. Kind of getting tired of going back to places I've been to multiple times already, and I'm starting to be left with the moons I don't really like to collect, like the sheep or seed ones.

So basically, really enjoyed the game, but don't think I'll 100% it. Still spent about 35 hours playing around in it.
