What are the chances of reset era getting upgraded to be on par with gaf? it's traffic certainly justifies it.

ResetEra might already be another hivemind as well then, it could possibly even be worse than neogaf in the end.

All the people that were part of the hivemind on Neogaf moved to the same new site, so it will just be the hivemind carrying over. Some of them are even mods on the new site too so they now have the ability to again just ban anyone who disagrees/has a different view they don't like. Only time will tell though how it turns out.

Who actually owns reser era?

There were some colleges that gave free .edu email IDs for alumni even if you didn't attend. I don't remember any specific ones though, I tried it a long ass time ago to get free discounts on Amazon.

Totally agree with you for once. If anything, it's GAF that's going to be better after things have settled.
