Then it might be not like other Warriors game XD.

Nah, chapter 12 is where the difficulty ramps up. Chapter 12 in particular because of its annoying mission setup that asks you to maintain a balance of conquering fortresses of two opposing forces and it somehow ends up messed up regardless of how you play.

Before chapter 12 you don't have much choice in the characters you deploy, so advantages are quite common to have. The available weapons are also limited, so equipment is of little concern.

Chapter 12 is more annoying than difficult.

Thanks! You saved me 60 bucks.

Please be excited for my Nier: Automata review, coming soon.

Don't have much of a metric for it, but so far I like it more than Hyrule Warriors. Unit variety seems better, and weapon triangle system is used pretty nicely. Certainly not a perfect game, and the homages are basically limited to Awakening and Fates, but the gameplay is fun enough to keep me going.

Personally, Elise alone makes this game worth it.

I purchased it.

So far I found that if you dont know these characters..... it will be hard to enjoy it.

I just like how I can freely move and fight as some of my fave FE charactets.

The cutscenes were really good.

It only requires a bit of thinking in terms of which characters to choose and where they should be.

Graphics are much better than Hyrule Warriors. Runs much smoother too (makes it a good idea to port HW or make a sequel of it )

The Pairing system is nice. I still need to fully take advantage of it. But its good for like, using a dragon or pegasus flyer to take someone to a route only they can go, then drop them of to the location.

i think the story is weak, and some of the voice acting annoys me, but those two things (especially in a musou game) aren't what define this game; the gameplay itself is just so fun and satisfying! i guess it leaves a bit to be desired if you want a more intellectual or strategic game. but to be honest this game is intended to just be mindless fun lol

I am at chapter 12 now.
Playing on hard and I have not felt any push back so far.

Having played many other Warriors games, I can say that Fire Emblem Warriors is the easiest one by far, and that really hurts the game for me as playing it, while still fun, makes me want to play the older DW games more than anything. I started on Hard-Classic and have unlocked Lunatic, but I've yet to feel any challenge. The main reason for this is because unlike every other Warrior's game, your A.I. allies are actually competent, extremely competent. Not only will they not die purely to fodder enemys, but they can effectively kill officers and take bases completely on their own. Combine that with the ability to command your allies, switch to some of them at will, many ways to heal beyond the usual item drops, exploitable weaknesses that let you kill officers in 2-3 hits, dual special attack which does insane damage, and well, you've got an easy as hell game. Doesn't make it bad or anything, just for me it's not among my favorite Warrior's games like I thought it'd be.

Someone else who get's it!

I've already finished playing the game. And... uhm.. well... 7/10 is pretty rock solid. You can choose one of 4 characters on the fly while on battle, and they actually do their job if you tell them what to do. So, AI is not useless. Hyrule Warriors was the better experience for me, because of characters and worlds I wanted to see how they were done in the game. Also, you got boss battles in Hyrule Warriors which are completely absent in FE. Story is completely uninteresting and so are the characters :/
I wish they would do more.

If only they had taken the difficulty from the Fire Emblem titles.

I do enjoy the game; I could not quite get that through in my review.
