Fire Emblem: Warriors Review

Graphics: Blurry
Animations: Snappy, but sloppy
Gameflow: Incongruous

Dumb fun for avid multitaskers.

Very useful and complete review, thanks

Better than most reviews people would make here.

Most people would try to be "objective", list off a bunch of flaws, and then give it an 85/100.

Edit: Also add a "maybe" option on pole

It is funny how direct you can be when given a character limit.

Already have it.

The triangle combat system is very interesting in this game. There is a double arrow (up, or down) that tells you whether you are getting an advantage or disadvantage. So you switch between the characters.

The pairing is also pretty interesting. Run into a spear user while wielding a sword? Switch to your partner that has an axe and dominate.

Or just keep spamming the attack button and win.

Yeah, I don't know how much you played, but if it's anything like the other Warriors game, keep doing that and you'll lose.

I am at chapter 12 now.
Playing on hard and I have not felt any push back so far.

Then it might be not like other Warriors game XD.

Nah, chapter 12 is where the difficulty ramps up. Chapter 12 in particular because of its annoying mission setup that asks you to maintain a balance of conquering fortresses of two opposing forces and it somehow ends up messed up regardless of how you play.

Before chapter 12 you don't have much choice in the characters you deploy, so advantages are quite common to have. The available weapons are also limited, so equipment is of little concern.

That sounds like an interesting setup, but I don't know how welll they did it. Well, I guess the only way is to try it myself xD.

Did you try the History Mode? That's mainly where my interest in the game is.

Switch or 3ds version?

Switch.
The game is only out on Switch and the New 3DS line.
