Was a triple post really necessary to tell us you basically went out of your way to ogle women in Rumble Roses?

I have issues. :(

I even bought Danger Girl on PS1 and convinced myself there was nudity in there somewhere. I tried and tried to find it though nothing and no one ever said it was there.

Depends on what we're talking about. In games where you build your character, I'll mainly go with male and make him as attractive as possible. In fighting games, I really don't care because it's how they play that determines which character I'll fight as. Although, most of my mains have been female (Peach, Chun Li, Asuka Kazama) but I think it's just coincidence.

I simply ask this because, for whatever reason, I tend to play as the female when given the chance and actually gravitate towards games with females roles.

Have Zero problems playin as a female, when I have a choice it's 50/50.

Depends on who has a better design. If the male is cooler looking, then I pick him. If the girl looks cooler, I pick her.

If given the choice I mostly pick female characters. I'm male in real life so if given a chance to play around with my female side I'll take it. I tend to stick to male characters if the game involves some kind of dating though, because I'm not ready to explore that side just yet.

There's a cross-dressing fairy inside me so getting to wear women clothing is also a big part for why I choose girls. Plus, I often find the gear female characters get to be a lot more fun to play around with, especially in Japanese games. When I created my character in Xenoblade X I made a male one first but then changed my mind and switched to female, and I'm really glad I made that decision!

In fighting games I often play as women as I really don't like the slow, heavy-hitting style and female characters are often more focused on agility.

It depends for me. Typically I’ll start as a male, but then play as a female if I play the game again. Destiny, for example, my Titan and Warlock are males, but my Hunter is a female.

Male... I mixed it up.... on fighting game though I always main as female... weird... tekken as anna or nina. SF as cammy. Injustice as batgirl.

typo... i meant chun... chun fucking li!!!!!

I choose man. It's easier for me to relate to a same gender character.

I usually play a male character, but it depends. My Shepard was a woman and I played Fable II with a female hero because eating alot of pies made her deliciously hot :P

In Gears of War 3 those skinny female characters actually had smaller hitboxes so I refused to use them. Hitboxes are the same in Gears 4 but I still pick a male character usually. Dudebro!
