When PS4 selling like crap for hole year and has worst 1st year ever in Japan, you are not "deluded fanboy" when you say that PS4 is selling like crap and that will have low LT sales. People mostly were saying that in PS4 1st year, later when PS4 start selling better nobady relly were saying that.

You see that's the thing.  They actually were saying that pre Switch.  As crazy as that sounds.  Just shows you how bad the mentality is. 

 

Regarding ps4 it was obvious to evenn a blind man that when ps4 got suitable Japanese software releases it would then get better hardware sales.  

 

But even still when ps4 starting doing better they were in deniall. That's what happens when a bunch of ps4 haters on gaf let their anti ps4 bias cloud their judgement.  They look silly and end up with egg on their face.

Used to be active here long before I joined GAF.
It was a site with a very large userbase and as such there were posters of all kinds and people of all types.

I enjoyed the site for the parts that spoke to me: the original art threads, the music appreciation threads, some of the news threads and personal threads in the OT where people would share about themselves honestly and in a supportive manner, the crazy E3 or Nintendo Direct Hype Trains, and more.

Personally I found more good than bad in the forum and tried to add my own meaningful contributions when I could, such as making the Get Well Iwata thread and poster - that will always be remembered as one of my high points on the site. It makes me sad to learn that a place that generally brought me happiness was a source of so much pain and frustration to others, and I was very angry to discover about the owner's behavior...



Until you've played it, every game is a system seller!

What have the majority of the individual posters done for you to make such a statement? Most of us were no different than the average poster on any other forum. That said, I’m seriously considering finding another site. No reason to be here if it’s going to cause animosity.

No it wasnt obvous at all and that why people are saying that PS4 will sell less than Vita LT, beacuse fact that PS4 had worst 1st year ever in Japan (even less than Wii U, Dreamcast and Vita) while on all other markets PS4 was making sales records.

Bro don't be like that. People just have an archetype in their head for Gaf users. But a lot of users here are cool with you coming here.

Stop rewriting history.  Ps4 never got the credit it deserved.  The year before it outsold Wii U in Japan people still denied it would ever even pass that comsole in Japan.  

 

Same happened WW  except it was people denying ps4 would outsell 3DS. There was a thread bumped recently where the posters were saying it was impossible xD 

 

Yet ps4 is going to do it so easily.  Just like how passing Wii U and Vita in Japan will have been easy.  

 

Anyway I read Japan sales gaf weekly for years and I can tell you it's full of ps4 haters who even to this day downplay everything ps4. I'm actually sad it's imploded because I wanted to see lots of posters eat crow after inazuma eleven ps4 was revealed.
