And i don't believe her because they were in a road trip of two, behind her boyfriends back presumably getting drunk together and ended up having a relationship after.

So, no, i don't think it's that clear cut. If it was just him misdjudging the situation, why did they hook up later? It doesn't make sense.

Does it make sense to you to go and have a physical relationship with the person that "sexually harassed you"? This story is undoubtibly alot more than it appears.

Do we have proof of this?

Wonder where all the industry people on there will go.

Some of you are reaching. The neogaf people might be sarcastic and call each other out, but they don't go around filling topics with in thread conversations between users, like you people do here.

Thats because the mods dont want to ban the most active members they got

Yes the accuser herself apparently has told Kotaku in an interview that after the shower incident she proceeded to have a "physical relationship" with this Malka guy and they then broke up around E3. Her story sounds pretty fishy if that's the case.

I wonder if he will turn around and try to sue her for damages.

Eh, it's all about content. And there isn't really elite level content out side of the big three.

Can anyone go into detail what is being accused?

Right, so the questions I presented were actually relevent to the discussion. AGAIN, I'm not jumping the gun here but this is at least some new information. I said: We have to ask why it is her boyfriend left her. If he knew she was sleeping in the same hotel room as this guy then it must be just because he got in the shower with her. For me, this was unlikely, unless he too was an asshole, so I summised he probably didn't know she was sleeping in the same hotel room. This would be why she made menion of her 'being drunk' and 'she didn't cheat'. It sounded like something you would say to cover your back for doing something you regret. It was just an 'assumption' and wasn't meant in any way to suggest this is what actually happened. It was just an alternative viewpoint. WIth this new information, it appears I was right.

I'm still going to wait for more info though but those who automatically assumed guilt based on accusation alone may perhaps have learned something.

It's not really a crime to cheat, but putting that aside, her story doesn't really make sense. If she was so offended why would she then willingly proceed to have a relationship for several weeks with said person? IMO it sounds like they hooked up, had a relationship for a few weeks, it went south, and now she's bitter about it.

Neogaf being down for so long is bad. There is loads of great content on that site.

I'd answer yes to most of the other points too.

Females attempt suicide twice as often as males. As with suicide deaths, rates of attempted suicide vary considerably among demographic groups. Males are 4 times more likely than females to die by suicide. The ratio of suicide attempts to suicide death in youth is estimated to be about 25:1, compared to about 4:1 in the elderly.

The higher male suicide rate has nothing to do with discrimination, it's because they're more likely to use a firearm, which is a more effective method.

Well here in germany its the same and firearms are hard to get. And suicide with a firearm is rare. Its just that once a man makes the decision to kill himself he chooses an effective method of suicide.
