No its not. Its Suda 51 working with Indie developers to have Travis appear in their games. It will have a story, but its not NMH3.

Well i wouldnt say it isnt a sequel but neither say it is NMH3. More probably(cause the only thing we saw thus far is not gameplay so...) something in between. Saying this since what i read about the game(and a Grashopper PR message which i dont trust at all) give me some hints that it is very similar in gameplay to NMH1 and 2 in therms of being a 3d hack n´slash game and Suda said the arousing movement is intact.
