It just blinks rapidly. The PSN is not correlated with my internet, happens for over 6 months. And the blink happens even when connected straight to tv, may be the auto, but happens in different moments.

It sounds like you may have a faulty unit.

I suppose so, bought it refurbished from Gamestop (only unit available in town when I travelled to USA), but noticed the fault just in Brazil.

What does this have to do with anything? Or what does it even mean?

Okay so lets start from the beginning.

When did you first start noticing the issue?

Have you tried it without the VR box?

What are your TV's auto on HDMI settings?

Have you tried connecting it to a different tv?

The blank out, UI slowness and control pad almost since I bought it 6 months ago and they keep going.

Yes this have happened when linked straight to TV and also when passing on the VR.

Sony 65K855C if I'm not wrong, the 4k 65". It is defined on the enhanced HDMI at the moment (but when using VR it goes to regular). Auto in what sense? It displays regular 4k on HDR on default.

Yes the issue also shows somewhat on a 32" but also sony.

By auto on, I mean the feature on TVs that automatically turns on the set and chooses the input if your device supports it.  Lets you turn on your TV by turning on the PS4 with your controller.

Okay, so now, we have to get down and dirty,

If you are sure that the HDMI port on your PS4 isn't broken, try doing a factory reset.

I would tell you to just take it back, but can you just mail it to Sony for repair?  You shouldn't have to deal with this.

For some reason the auto turn on isn't working for PS4 on the TVs.

Probably would be quite expensive to repair for something not necessary. Will try the reset.

Hmm... okay.  Let me know. The auto on feature should be on the TVs power options.  Also, as a last resort, we may try a different hard drive.

I bought my Pro nearly a year ago, and I haven't found any issues with it....... yet.
