That girl at 2:47 scared me

Is cuphead really that hard..? It doesn't seem that way from footage. Also, some of these people overreact waay too much. I don't think I'd throw such a tantrum from just dying on a part of a stage. It's kinda funny to watch, but also a bit painful. I don't understand people who get angry enough to break a controller or keyboard.

It's pretty challenging, yeah. It's more about learning boss attacks' patterns, and that could take you a few times before defeat them. I guess it depends on the player's skills, but I found it pretty hard, and I'm used to play this type of games.

I wouldn't say it's so nerve-wracking though, maybe I'm more patient XD.

Dude, it's impossible to pay attention on the game on some of this streams because of how the "streamer" presents itself.

There is even a Korean(?) Girl sitting in such a revealing pose that we can see her panties.

You don't know how many times they tried that level before, also some died right before finishing the boss. There is also added pressure of streaming, since you want to get on with the game, and everyone can see you fail.

They also have an audience to entertain.

Exactly

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

It's really not. It's basically bosses with 4 or 5 patterns that are easy to figure out. But when you die, the pattern changes (what was 4th may be 1st or something) and your brain just trips up. And too often, the phase you hate the most comes later and you end up choking.

In reality, the stages are only 2-3 minutes long (from what I've played).

The game is hard, but it's still possible to beat. Nothing is as hard as ghost racing on 200cc on MK8.

Yeah, that is true. That could have been playing for a long time during those moments and are irritated at that point. Taking a break from it to cool off may be a way to relieve stress, but I suppose streamers don't have that option either. It must be kinda hard to be a streamer at times, haha.

Yeah, from what I've seen, it looks like it could be challenging, but not enough to freak out like the people in this video. I don't really stress out over games that often.

Well, it's good to hear it's not all bad. I was starting to get the impression this game was just difficult overall. I'm hoping I can try it at least once eventually.

It's definitely challenging, but there's a certain sense of progression so I really didn't feel that the experience was THAT tense. I mean, bosses have different phases, and each time you try it you can see how your skills improve, and you know the boss patterns' better. I guess that people who freak out like in the video might have the opposite experience. If you feel angry, you tend to play worse I think.

Also, I forgot to mention that the game has a "kind of" easy mode. You can't advance playing the bosses in this mode, but it works for learning how to beat the bosses. Don't be scared about the game if you feel like you might enjoy it, it's not that bad as some people might... suggest.

Yeah, it looks like a usual game where you learn from trial and error/improving from becoming familiar with the game and controls, so I think I'd be fine playing this game. But yeah, I've had it where I play worse when I was upset, so I understand that too.

I've also heard of this easy mode, which does sound like a good way to get used to the game. Whenever I end up getting a better PC, I may just pick this up on that.

Glorious.

lol @ the dude who thought the game uploads all scores and he was the first to get an A, because he's an "alpha male", when he was one of the people raging the hardest throughout the video.

Cuphead has made me fucking angry at times, mostly because I refuse to move on to the next area until I have hit A+ on everything, but never so mad that I'd throw my controller or scream.

Also, damn, that blonde girl is fucking hot.
