Forums - Sony Discussion - Unpopular Opinion - Uncharted LL is better then U4

Guess I'll have to pick up Lost Legacy, I did have my problems with UC4 as well (mainly pacing, overdrawn platforming sections). At this point though I think I'll have to accept that they'll never top Uncharted 2.

I imagine you'd find The Lost Legacy similarly frustrating. It's Uncharted: The Game. All the good, all the bad, all the ugly. All the series' missteps are there, magnified. All the series' high points are there, amplified. Like Uncharted 4, the quality veers wildly between chapters. The final chapter is truly great though, apart from an awkward and unsatisfying boss fight.

I'd say it's among the weakest of the franchise. Uncharted 2 remains untouchable, largely because it rode that line between cinematic and arcade-y so well. Starting with 3, the series tipped into the cinematic and has never really recovered.

it has better pacing than UC4 but it lacks characters.without sully,Elena and Nathan UC:LL kinda feels empty.

I def. think LL is great, but cant agree on it being better than U4.

Well I think alike. LL was really good.

Another unpopular opinion. Naughty Dog games are not that good. yes, I am serious. All the ones I played from Crash all the way up to UC3 and TLOU. Were not very good games to play.

You are not alone there. I preferred everything in LL over Uncharted 4. The length maybe smaller, but Uncharted 4 had those lots of long dragged out walking sections. LL felt like refined version of U4 without any fillers. Also loved the tomb raiding sections in chapter 4 in LL and the puzzles that came along with it.
