80s synthpop

I really love 80s synthpop. Especially instrumental.

Don't see the problem with 80s synthpop. Though I'm with you on that one as well.

Made a bet with LipeJJ and HylianYoshi that the XB1 will reach 30 million before Wii U reaches 15 million. Loser has to get avatar picked by winner for 6 months (or if I lose, either 6 months avatar control for both Lipe and Hylian, or my patrick avatar comes back forever).

I like early coldplay. They got me into music

I loved Yellow. Bought the CD. There were a few other songs I liked. None of their other singles appealed to me, and I never went back to them.

I never liked Yellow. I still think A Rush of Blood to the Head and Viva La Vida were good albums

When you get to a certain age, you start to look back on some music that may look poor today and be mocked and still have a fondness for it.

Vixen - was the first rock album I brought because I went to the record shop and didn't know what to buy and was going to buy something I hadn't listened too (how many people do that these days I wonder) and it had a fancy cover of some pretty women on, being about 15, I thought why not (and also my friends liked ACDC and that was just noise, so was a good excuse not to get something from them or Iron Maiden).

London boys - I'm mostly into pop music and these two German guys were popular, especially on daytime morning TV, and I really liked their music. I had their music on tape many years ago, and not long ago purchased their greatest hits type album on CD. Unfortunately they both died in a car crash in the early 90's I think which was quite sad as it would have been interesting to see what they did next.

DATABASE DATABASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE DATABAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSEEEEEEEEEE WOOOOOOOOOOAHHHHHWOOHOAOAOAH

Evanescence - Bring Me To Life
Rainbow - Street Of Dreams
Europe - Final Countdown
Imagine Dragons - Believer (just because of the Switch ad)

I know all of these songs are considered memeworthy... but I enjoyed all of them for some reason.

I like several Miley Cyrus songs, some Brittany, Christine Aguilera, and Katy Perry.

Probably 65% of my listening time is spent on punk or metal. Another 30% goes to 90s rap, and the remaining 5% to "bubblegum" pop (or the modern equivalent thereof).
