Hopefully Switch shipments will not be around 50k any more more because we are near Mario Odyssey launch and Holiday season and that shipments will be closer to 100k.
Also it's interesting how Splatoon 2, MK8D and Zelda BotW sales are following larger Switch sales. :)
04./02. [NSW] Splatoon 2 # (Nintendo) {2017.07.21} (¥5.980) - 29.704 / 1.190.563 (+36%)
07./05. [NSW] Mario Kart 8 Deluxe (Nintendo) {2017.04.28} (¥5.980) - 15.098 / 720.741 (+32%)
11./15. [NSW] The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild # (Nintendo) {2017.03.03} (¥6.980) - 7.615 / 598.670 (+38%)
Another interesting thing is that Knack 2 didn't even made in top 20 games.

That's because Knack 2 did so well that Media Create did not want to embarass anyone. So they kept it off the list.
That or
Game of the generation < Another Switch game
You can choose whichever reality you want
Its a nice sight with the Switch games having legs. Mario Kart, Splatoon, Zelda, Monster Hunter, and Dragon Ball have held up pretty well (ARMS though :/).
Dragon Quest XI is beginning to fade away, such a high profile release and it exactly hasn't set the charts on fire. I do expect it to perform similarly to Final Fantasy XV though, staying consistent and showing up in the charts frequently even after leaving.
Splatoon 2 is going to murder all these other games, 2 million is definitely achievable.
Game of the generation aka Knack 2 is off the charts. You could say it's in uncharted territory. Truly incredible performance.

At this rate, it's even possible for Splatoon 2 to outsell DQ XI PS4+3DS combined in Japan... though that would need it to sell extraordinarly well in the future as well, as they're close to 3M now

Also Fifa 18 on Switch sold around 22% of all Fifa 18 sales in Japan, that's much better compared to 1% for UK. :D
