I'd expect a Detroit update here. Maybe a Wild update. But I don't think the God of War, Spider-Man and Sucker Punch news would be shown at this venue. I think they'd save that for PSX in December.

i thought because they mentioned big game annoucements, but maybe they keep back for psx the new ip from Fromsoftware, and sucker's punch for this event...

People shouldn't expect Sony to annouce all their games during PGW or PSX 2017. They're in a situation when they're done with PS4 exclusives and are already working on PS5 games but can't show them for the obvious reason till at least e3 2019 so they have to fill in the gaps.

If I were them id hype any announcement as big too haha.

I think you will see one of those 2 at PSX (maybe) but not both by the end of this year. They have so many titles that arent out yet, why would they keep announcing more?

I personally expect to see Sony London and Studio Manchester have their VR titles announced. So thats 2 games and Sony XDev will obviously have at least 1 title to announce. So that covers their EU studios. I think you will get something from SCEJ too. Nothing like Gravity Daze 2, something more like Puppeteer. So at least 4 games from Sony.

last PGW only UC4 MP was from their US studios and I think this will be the same. Very little US presence, some JPN, mostly EU.

Of course, Im for anything being announced. Just giving my views on what I think will happen. And I think 4 new games announced (with 2 VR) is pretty good, if we get some 3rd party stuff thrown in and massive Dreams showing.

maybe you're right, europe game shows aren't normally the events where sony announce big games, but hope we get some release dates for some games like detroit, dreams, god of war...
