Wait. You are telling me that when it is public knowledge that a version is feature stripped it will get blown out in sales by other versions?

Also doesn't help when you try to say only features tied to the engine switch are missing but then others are missing and your answer to that criticism is a flippant "we don't want to overwhelm Switch customers" with the complexities of your freaking soccer game.

I can't agree with that thinking. People have bought the Switch in their droves and I doubt that every single one of them had a PS4 or an XB1. This only shows us that Nintendo fans are still rather single minded in what they purchase for their consoles.

Congratulations you played yourself, Good job showing your biased lmao. Post like this show how unintelligent someone is i had a good laugh. Others have already said what needed to be said as well ill take my leave

Edit: this guy is shitting on us nintendo fans, grab the pitchforks now

Well, let's be real for a second:

UK is Nintendo's weakest market.
FIFA is by far the mostly sold in Europe, which is again, the weakest market for Nintendo.
Lastly, the dudebro audience are mostly Playstation owners.

But look at LegoWorlds.... 44%!

Switch users showing taste & class, and getting a non fifa game instead :p

FIFA on Switch being the worst selling one out of all current console is not surprising, specially because it's the UK and Nintendo's version is inferior due to all the missing features. I don't think anyone thought it would do well there. But 1% is catastrophic. If the rest of Europe does the same to FIFA, we could be witnessing the start of another "unprecedented partnership" that ends with FIFA 18 being the first and last FIFA on the console, not to mention all other EA games. Japan and US sales won't make up for this at all.

You know it deserves the GOTY.

You took that really negativly.... I didnt mean anything bad by it, I dont like/buy fifa games, and personally think Legoworlds > fifa.

The ":P" was towards all these people that care, if fifa sold or not on the switch.

Id rather see Lego worlds do well than fifa.

Yes, some take joy in making threads like this (all sides) because something didnt do well. He posted nintendo news and then calls nintendo fans simple minded. Was it necessary....... YES 👍

EA needs to stop screwing around and realize that Nintendo fans might want an original game from them. I didnt buy a Switch to play Fifa. Take a page out of Ubisoft's book and open your mind. If those are just the UK charts then we really need to see the WW numbers.

Jesus Christ, it's got nothing to do with bias. So tell me, why did it sell so little on the Switch? Everyone who bought the Switch already had a PS4 or an XB1? No copies of FIFA were available for the Switch? Switch owners didn't know it was releasing on the Switch? MY explanation is just the most 'obvious'.

People who bought the Switch didn't buy FIFA. Now, I wonder why Nintendo struggles to get third party support. How obvious does this have to be? I'm not knocking the Switch, I'm merely pointing out the more likely reason for this.
