it tried learning frencherian, dutcherian, latin-spanisherian using rosetta stone... did not work...

I am sticking with french, dutch, latin-spanish next time.... language is less complicated, i will let you know if it work :P

No, do not use Rosetta Stone!! You need something that teaches grammar, vocabulary and cultural context, along with getting practice with speaking, listening, writing and reading.

Edit: Oh, and I might add that I'm also learning Mandarin!! So you could always practise with me if you'd like!!

My wife works for the government. So we get Rosetta Stone for free. Every single language. It's good, but not entirely great. They need to explain the differences in masculine and feminine words concerning specific languages and things of that nature. Maybe it's just me. Idk

Imo best to learn with application.
