Seems like a massive drop. Wasn't pc2 a good game?  Why the big drop?

Oversaturation I assume, considering that there is also Forza 7 and Gran Turismo Sport coming.

That's a shame :/. On the technical side of things, according to Digital Foundry, the game was an improvement over the first one. Still, Its perfomance simply can't compete with GT and Forza (on console at least) because they are platform exclusives with more polish overall. Dunno about gameplay tho. It might have fallen short of people's expectations.

Well if a good game can't compete and the market is over saturated then you can see why companies don't want to invest in new racing games anymore. Not like there's many racers releasing anyway.

Maybe pc2 should have released last spring or the start of the summer.

Well, I guess the expectations have to be put in check, if they do so they should at least be able to succeed.

Yeah hopefully this is still profitable

It's a shame really cause its a very good game. But as you guys said before, the heavy hitter racing games are inbound. If someone had to choose one on xbox, it would be Forza and on ps4, GTsport.

Some games just cant survive on a annual or 2 yearly model. Its no Fohza or GT so I dunno why they felt the need to make a sequel so soon. It was also bad how they announced PC2 like a month after PC1 came out.

Instead of doing a sequel, they should've treated PC1 as a service game and kept improving it and releasing expansions. Thats how GT does it for years.

No surprise, Project Cars felt as dull and impersonal as its name when I tried playing it.

I can already imagine WiiU users being ecstatic, when you re-think about how the franchise was created to begin with.

Oh, i totally forgot about that!
