You need the Switch app for voice chat so it's already way better than the others.

The fact you actually need an app for voice chat is a problem in itself, PS4 and Xbox don't need that as the functionality is built in. So calling the switch app way better because of that is weird.

Playstation App is awful. It is nowhere near Xbox app in terms of functionality. I disagree that it supplements the console experience well. Even browsing the store through that app is painful. Because it just opens the web browser with a store page in it.

I know. Didn't want to start a debate. 😢 I think it takes 2/3 different apps to do what the Xbox App does alone and still misses some features.
