Famitsu has confirmed that Left Alive is a spiritual successor to Front Mission

I wish someone would make an actual front mission game.

I am hyped for this. Lot's of great talents from renowned game.
Toshifumi Nabeshima (director, Armored Core series),
Yoji Shinkawa (character designer, Metal Gear series)
Takayuki Yanase (mech designer, Ghost in the Shell: Arise, Mobile Suit Gundam 00, Xenoblade Chronicles X).

The conference was full of Mecha games. Lol

Trailer didn't show much but the game sounds very interesting.

Smart move showing off some of Shinkawa's work, his art absolutely commands the attention like few others can.

Summary:
Left Alive is a survival action game featuring shoot outs and traps set up with varied placements.

The game uses the same world and setting of the Front Mission series, chronologically taking place between Front Mission 5 and Front Mission Evolved.

There are three protagonist, starting with a young protagonist. Next, you’ll become a female protagonist, and switch among the three protagonists as you progress.
