Does not look quite as bad as I was expecting.

And it's 60 FPS, expect nothing less

I will keep my expectations low, thanks.

I expect 30fps to be honest, but I can accept that so long as it's stable.

Getting a game that pushes PS4 and Xbox One hard up and running on the Switch is no mean feat and sacrifices have to be made.

Would love 60 fps but I'll take 30 fps considering Bethesda has to scale down so I'm excited. This is pretty cool! Bethesda, consider me sold!

Texture quality took a pretty big hit. but it still looks good.

Gotta keep that sweet 60 fps :)

I haven't seen a source saying it's 60 fps...

Bet with Adamblaziken:

I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.

Imho Doom is a very important game for Switch: not only for its fame and quality, but it's probably also the closest we'll get to the genre of Metroid Prime 4, by seeing how good (or bad) the port is an runs on Switch we should set the bar for Prime 4

It's presentation is soft, so it's using a lower resolution, plus some of the texturing is of lower quality as well.

Overall, it *does* maintain a very good presentation.
I highly doubt it will be 60fps, but I am happy to be wrong.

Looks surprisingly good, in fact.

Looks like I'm buying Doom.

Finally it's nice to se Nintendo being Doomed!

(Long time Doom fan, Doom 2 is one of my most played games ever. I also really likes Doom 3 even if the 2016 Doom is more of a throwback to Doom 1 and 2 in termos of gameplay)

Well, they've been doomed before.

Just not since the 90s. :P

I wouldn't be surprised about 60fps. Doom runs incredibly well on all platforms. And it does have significant sacrifices compared to the PC version.
