From Sony? Probably small scale stuff. Depends on 3rd party offerings.

i thought that maybe this year tgs could be better, switch is doing good in japan and sony should take the chance with this show to counter, but maybe it's more a wish...

Things can always be different. If there are big Sony games that would be fantastic of course. But JPN makes up a small 5 mil of all PS4 sales. Its not a major focal region. Likewise, PS4 sales are currently going faster than PS3 at the same time point which I think is really what their goal for JPN was. I would say their Western events are more important to them and where their major games would be released.

But yeah, if Wild Arms PS4 happens (I doubt it since many original WA members are working on the mobile game) or a big new Ape Escape platformer etc... would be great.

I think they will have some ports, and maybe a Puppeteer 2 will be the biggest go.I dont mind being wrong but traditionally TGS is more a 3rd party push.

that's right in comparison to the western market the 5 mil in japan is not that big. many things changed from the ps2 era, but maybe i hope to much for a return of that times, maybe we could hear a release date of ffviir.

Really hope there'll be some LoU2 info, but I'm not holding my breath.

I will guarantee you that will not happen, you might get a little info during PSX 2017 but that's it. But perhaps a new KH3 trailer and a FF VII remake trailer and some MHW can be expected. Perhaps also a teaser trailer for Resident evil 8. Some shenmue 3 news can also be expected.

Please excuse my (probally) poor grammar

Adding the new Shining RPG from SEGA as Kres reminded us in another thread. It was teased by the illustrator a few weeks ago for "next week, in game magazines" but I guess Sony wanted it for the conference.

If Switch exploded in Japan which is already happening . Sony will not ignore it. Japan may not be the market is used to be.  But it's still an important market. As opposed to western 3rd party. Japanese is more open to exclusive games.

Thank you..

Yeah, I suspect we'll see something about TLOU2 by the end of the year, but TGS is definitely not the place for it. More likely we'll get another teaser trailer at PSX.
