I guess it was just a Switch shortage. Speaking of which, I live in the US, and since launch, I have not seen a single Switch in stores... until this past weekend. I was in Target and there were two Switches in stock. I'd imagine they are gone by now, though. Not sure how I managed to get mine at launch without a preorder.

And damn, DQ11 dropped down fast.
