The way you rehab everyone else. Psychologists, drugs, education/job training etc. Just because you murdered someone doesnt mean you're beyond rehab.

And when they murder someone else?

Rinse and repeat. You could ask this about any crime from tax evasion to assault.  You try rehab to the best of current science.

So you're just going to keep releasing murderers on to the street and letting them kill again and again? Why even arrest them in the first place then, why not just leave them to kill as many people as they want?

 

I never said that, dont put words in my mouth. We try to ehablitate them and release them once they are considered medically rehabilitated with a smaller than say 3% chance of reoffending.
