"Eurogamer reports that selecting the difficulty setting at the start of South Park: The Fractured But Whole changes the colour of your custom character's skin. Yes, you read that right, and you can see it for yourself in the video that we've embedded above.

The game's difficulty slider ranges from 'easy' to 'very difficult', and the harder it gets, the darker your skin tone becomes. "Don't worry, this doesn't affect combat," South Park character Cartman can be heard saying. "Just every other aspect of your whole life."
