Forums - Sony Discussion - PS Vita SD card adapter

the fact that ninty stuck with sd and aded an second trigger set on the (n)3ds is still hilarious. in fact, with the new3ds, the vita can't even boast over being more powerful as the N3ds is roughly equal to the vita in nearly very way, and the vita only has double the pixels.

I'm not joking. the N3ds, power wise, is like comparing the specs between last and current gen xbox and playstation machines. in otherwords, they are close enough. thats how close they are right now.

and the N3ds has 2nd trigger buttons.

I just ordered 2 32gb Vita memory cards on Amazon. With tax the cost was $200. Ha. I love the Vita, but the memory card situation as far as the cost is concerned is absurd, and easily the the aspect of the system I dislike the most. Too bad I didn't see this a few days ago, or I might have given it a try.

The N3DS also has still the slower SoC (and only a fraction of games even using that processing power), only half the RAM, a crappy resistive touchscreen with singletouch instead of a capacitive touchscreen with multitouch, a fiddly C-stick instead of a proper second analog stick, a fraction of the display resolution...

Yeah, my launch Vita was only $299. I bought a Madden 13 bundle for the same price, and the Aqua LCD one I got last year was $250. Fun fact though: New Vitas are selling for as much as $570 on Amazon Canada right now. What makes it even worse for me is one of my 32gb Vita cards died, which means I've bought 6 32gb cards now. Add in a 4, 8, and 16 GB, and I've spent around 800 fucking dollars on Vita memory cards with taxes included. What a deal!

Uhh, yeah... how incredibly reliable for this price. Why so many cards? I found basically the last new Vita in the Helsinki capital region in a random gamestop!

...also, you really love the Vita.
