What does that have to do with PS+?

I just picked up a copy in store, can't resist nice box art. Any decent couch co-op game deserves sales, they're a rare breed. I had everybody's golf in my hand and it said 1 player on the back. Forget it, can't it even do turn based multiplayer.

Made an aussie account and about to finish my download of Knack 2, plus playing though Persona 5.

Looks like I won't be on PSN for a good while xD

I seriously believe that this is just a publicity stunt.
Because how else are you manage to gain attention for the release of your game on the same day as Destiny 2.

Do you guys know what a PR nightmare it would be to do something like that?

"Someone at Sony screwed up, now the company is taking it out on it's customers" would read the headlines.  You think the "exploiting a bug" part of Sony's ToS(which by the way are incredibly outdated - https://vrworld.com/2015/05/28/sony-shady-psn-policies/ ) is going to go down well?  Sony can get away with a lot because of their huge lead but surely everyone remembers what happened to MS when they got big headed last gen.

Sony will quietly fix this.  Heads might roll interally, but no action will be taken against customers.

I hope that this is true xD Judging from the times of the posts in this thread, it's been available for quite a while now ... Sony would have found this out and shut it down within minutes. Surely?

Well Sony refused to refund me a few years ago straight after my PS+ auto renewed (I didn't know it did that). Got Knack 2 for free then disconnected the PS4 from the net just in case. We're even now. I got no beef with Sony anymore.
