I don't really care so I never put it back down. It's just a debate over one sex wanting the toilet ready to go while the other sex has to lift the seat then put it back down versus just adjusting the seat to how you want it, go to bathroom then leave as is. If women gripe about it too much, I'll put the cover down too to make them do something so it's equal.

I don't care about the cover, but the sitting pisses me off. Someone at home keeps doing it and it drives me mad. -.-

Most of the time the reason is that they just don't care that they pee anywhere. Because they're assholes. I mean even if they perfectly hit the toilet, thanks to the higher traveling speed of the piss it will splash everywhere. I don't buy the excuse of hygene when they're the ones pissing all over the place.

And what makes this even worse is that men standing up while peeing somehow feel like superior alpha males. It's a joke really.
