The worst kind of adverts are video adverts with blaring sound... I don't need everyone in my immediate surroundings to know that I need viagra.

I'm sitting here now and watching a film on my PC, what do I sometimes do when doing that? Pick up my phone and browse stuff, usually Facebook and what not, but want to have a discussion here and my god is it clunky to access on a phone web browser

Realize ioi doesn't care and has decided other things are better suited for his attention. Trucks and company start work on a new site called supervgchartz and we do things the way we want. We all migrate over their and keep a topic constantly in the hot topic section titled "The chartz have moved" with links to the new site that we do have the keys to. We broker better deals with advertisers and don't get such shitty ads. As / if traffic increases then we make even better deals with advertisers so that we have to have fewer ads. We make only enough to pay key staff and save just a little back for big future upgrades / fixes.

If we had a new site we could do what we want with mobile, features, ads ect...

Edit: no more attention than ioi gives the site I'd bet it would be a little while before he caught on and even then what is he going to do, police the hot topic section daily ...

Get rid of obnoxious users, particularly those who shield on the rules to badger others at the point of harassment. Second, a dramatic revamp of the site and weekly number updates would help a lot. Third, have those numbers promote us outside of here, which will be good publicity

It would help a lot if a popular writer or Youtuber mentions VGChartz sometimes. We need to get Arlo back.
