I'm so disappointed with this game. Could've been a glorious game with so much to draw from the series and they choose to focus it on some of the worst titles in the series. :(

Fire Emblem Fates Warriors was NOT what i had in mind when i envisioned this. Such a waste.

How could those be the worst titles series when they are the best-selling ones? Those games pretty much saved the FE franchise from doom.

I need to see more gameplay myself to see if i'll buy it.

Try playing them and then you'll see.

Awakening was ok. Nothing great, but Fates was terrible. Complete anime cliche fest. No plot advancement.

Both were incredibly grindy and boring, especially with the children system and skill inheritence.

Do you know how in anime they have those conversations where someone wants to say something to someone else but they keep delaying it and delaying it or beeing interrupted and making a big deal out of it and in the end it was nothing to get worked up over? Yes, they drag that game on with that crap. Oh it infuriated me! It's like they aren't even trying with the story anymore.

Also, sales has never and will never equate to quality as a rule.

With it releasing that close to Odyssey I'm gonna have to hold off on buying it. Nintendo was doing great spacing out releases so not sure what happened here. There's two months unaccounted for and they had two games still be dated, what they shoulda done is so painfully obvious.

I can relate, I loved the story and storytelling in Fire Emblem Tellius (Path of Radiance/Radiance Dawn), played Fates at a friends 3DS and was just jawdropping on how bad it got since then.

meh was interested in the game then I seen the Fire emblem characters and have no idea who they are as I have not played the 3ds games (ironically they are the only FE games released in the west I have not played)

Path of Radiance was so damn good...
