Forums - Nintendo Discussion - EA is surprising me with FIFA Switch

https://mynintendonews.com/2017/08/25/fifa-18-on-switch-will-run-at-60fps-in-both-docked-handheld-modes/

They really are surprising me with FIFA. Seems like they are putting in a good bit of effort into making this a great FIFA for Switch. Hopefully it sells well enough so we can see more of this kind of support from them.

Maybe they got wind (or told by Nintendo) that half-baked ports just don't sell

On the other hand, modifying Fifa 18 for the PS360 to the Switch is probably not too much work, so they could actually work on it's performance for once.

In any case, with Fifa Switch now has at least a chance to compete in europe. Wii U had to pick the atrocious Fifa for Wii on the later versions to have something to play

They suprised me with fifa on psvita too, then they re-released the same build with different names for like 5 years.

Lets see how support goes from here on out from EA, one release usually doesn't tell a complete story.

The exceedingly strong receptions for both the Rabbids game from Ubisoft and the FIFA port from EA at Gamescom is something I never would have imagined earlier this year. I hope both perform well! I'm personally looking forward to both.

would a FIFA player be actually interested playing it on the go and dock options? im curious....

any fifa players here?

Mario is a lock, virtually anything with Mario on a Nintendo system will sell 2-3 million copies.

FIFA, NBA2K, and Skyrim are more interesting. Sales of these three games will tell us a lot about the Switch IMO.

FUT on the go is a huge win.

This sentence is a huge win for itself.

From an austrian perspective it's he dumbest abbreviation ever. Just wanted to let you know. Not sure if its appropriate to write its meaning here. The whole country is laughing since this mode was first introduced.
