Mayweather is going to bet all his money on McGregor and take a dive in the first round. He will become a billionaire by the end of today.

Wouldn't it make more sense for him to bet it all on himself? That way, he wins and he's rich.

Mayweather is a despicable human being. McGregor's pre-fight hype 'character' is also a despicable human being...he may be one in real life too.

Even though I'm Irish I can generate no enthusiasm for this fight. Logic dictates that, once Mayweather had blown out the cobwebs after about three rounds, he will school McGregor from then on. Mayweather doesn't knock people out any more. He boxes defensively and avoids getting hit. I can't see McGregor having the skill set to lay a glove on him after round three.

In addition, McGregor in the UFC is a counter puncher. He waits for the other guy to come at him before he unleashes his, admittedly, powerful left. He'll be waiting a long time for Mayweather to come looking for him.

Mayweather on points by a wide margin... making McGregor look like the novice he is asking the way.

Well it is at 4am so it should be quite a bit cheaper!

That said, 19 quid is still more than I'm willing to pay. Already got Sky Sports, it should be included in that rather than an extra fee!

I don't know why it would be $100 at all, WWE PPVs weren't even that much, and I thought that for the length that they were too expensive.

It's all about what the market will bear. To attend live, a ticket will cost you anywhere from $500 to $10000 dollars. Having said that, I will pay $60 for UFC PPV, but this for $100? Ha! I'm not a boxing fan, so the undercard means little to me. I'm interested in the main event. Maybe for $20. Also, it's my understanding that all PPV's are cheaper in the UK, regardless of the time their shown. Don't know if that's accurate, but that's what I read a few days ago anyway.

No, because  most people bet Mayweather to win so you won't make much money betting on Mayweather. Also, it means Mayweather literally has to do nothing.

I have some on DVD, which I've got for like $1 and $2. That's if how I watch the PPVs, if I do that is.

I see what you did there.

The next VGC meme has been spawned.

Never hurts to add more VGC memes globally in the U.S.

I'm guessing you're joking, but that's illegal. He can bet on himself though.

He'll have one of his friends/family members do it for him. There is ways around it just like taxes.

Exactly what I was saying to friend of mine the other day. Also fighters can't bet on themselves so he could bet on Conor and get stupid rich for taking a dive.

Though I think this 50-0 is important to him so he probably wouldn't do it.

That's incorrect. So many more people have bet on Mac that the lines have shifted ridiculously to as close as 2-1 odds. The reason being, if Macgregor wins, the casinos and gambling sites are fuuuuucked. Even with the adjusted odds, many will lose a years wirth of profit or more is he wins.
