Quantum Break is not native 4K but could be 1440p or 1080p on XB1X. Its looks better than the original Xbox One version.

Gears of war 4 is native 4K locked 30fps. They said it looks like the PC version running at high settings.

Titanfall 2 has a dynamic resolution that goes above and below 4K. Good improvement over the PS4 Pro version thats capped at 1440p.

Killer Instinct is native 4K 60fps but some video elements does not look good.

F1 2017 is native 4K but the framerate wasn't great.

Path of Exile is 4K 60fps

World of Tanks is native 4K and has stable framerate.

These games were running on the actual Xbox One X.

Around the Network

Doesn't sound that great so far.

It's good to know that midgen consoles can already hit native 4k. Hopefully it means the proper 9th gen systems won't have to make a bunch of compromises to do the same (and 30fps can become the minority).

Then the industry will be trying to push something else forward, and it'll be another cycle of having to adjust.

Yea, PS5 will have no problem with 4K. Not sure about 60 fps, though. Personally, as long as the frame rate is stable, I don't care if it's 30fps or 60 fps.  Devs still like pushing graphics as much as possible. I actually wouldn't be surprised to see some use 4K checkerboarding to push them even more. But, that'll most likely be the minimum resolution used.
