Yeah, in fact this is the reason I'm NOT buying it, at least not yet... I'll wait a while and see if SEGA decide to do a physical release, if they do I'll buy it right away, but if not I'll just wait for a sale... I did the same thing with I Am Setsuna, REALLY wanted it day one, but it's digital only, kept waiting, nothing was said from Square aside from the Switch physical release in Japan(?), so I bought it on a sale on PSN for half price instead, lol :P Thankfully their next game IS getting a physical release, but it's limited to the Square Enix store, boo!

Yeah, I don't buy digital games myself.

Bold claim indeed. I mean, I hope that it sells well, but I think that with their lack of info overall, that's a risky statement to make =p I'm surprised that PR ok'd that statement.

The game is doing good and that's good news, I am not sure how much crash got on digital front but it's been out for some time now so it's possible that Sonic is the best selling game this week

I just hope the game gets good sales overall, as it is just excellent. I wouldn't mind having one more classic Sonic game be made.

It would be cool if they did a limited run in 16-bit, on an actual, working Genesis cart. Great PR too.

I'm personally waiting for the physical game. I mean it seems like every time I wind up buying a digital game, the next day or week, it's announced to be coming in physical format, than I feel the need to buy it again and can't even resell or give away the digital copy.
