BioShock: 10th Anniversary Collector’s Edition announced for U.S.

Big fan celebration party planned for PAX West 2017.

2K Games has announced a BioShock 10th Anniversary Collector’s Edition, an “extremely limited,” United States-only release that includes BioShock: The Collection and a collectible Big Daddy and Little Sister statue. It costs $199.99 and is available for pre-order now only at GameStop and the 2K Store for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.  

Additionally, 2K Games announced that it will host a BioShock 10th anniversary celebration party at PAX West 2017 on September 2. Dubbed “Return to Rapture,” the event will be open to the public and feature cosplay contets, music, photo opportunities, themed food and drinks, and more.

$200 is way too much for me. A lot of collector's editions are going overboard.



I love the idea. BioShock is one of the best and most important games ever made.

But $200...that's too rich for my blood :-/

James Holver. From Canada. Age 39. White Male. Grasp of English does not compute when weighed against profile data. We were friends for 2 minutes. I'll never forget you Jim. I didn't like Bioshock as much as the critical community. The actual gameplay, the shooting/combat mechanics were just above average imo. The setting, narrative, and.....miscellaneous, carried the load admirably though. I guess what I'm saying is that I'd rather buy 8 pizzas.
