Was the original game any good?Cant remember hearing about this game.

My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.

Well that's a surprise - a welcome surprise, of course.

I was interested in this game when it was initially released, but never got around to giving it a whirl. I could be wrong about this, but weren't there some (pretty shameless) sexual, lesbian themed overtones? I seem to remember that angle being pushed in print ads.

The answer is yes:

And as you can see, that's the second game. I don't think I've ever heard anything like that about the first game.

I have the original game, tried it out for a few minutes. The controls definitely take time to get used to (and I mean it could take quite some time), but if you can adjust it isn't too bad of a game.

I googled Fear Effect and these came up. The 2 is so small I simply never noticed it. Additionally, I didn't even remember there was a sequel until I saw your post.

I remember it being good

Yeah, it's easy to miss. I mainly posted that for the others to see so they don't have incorrect expectations.

Never heard of this game before.
