It's isn't fake. I'm pretty sure Kotaku or Gamingbolt or one of those sites I can't stand reported on it right after the conference. I remember seeing it on N4G.

Alirght thanks. If its legit then its shipped because by september 2016 the XBO sold somewhere between 12-13million according to NPD.

That screenshot is indeed legit but it is not using numbers from Microsoft.

In fact that presentation isn't from Microsoft themselves but a partner.
The numbers used in that screenshot are actually from VGChartz (surprise).

So no one should take those numbers as official.

I was a bit skeptical that MS would release or give numbers to the public. Thanks for the clarification.

I think it's safe to say 2015 was XB1's peak year, which makes sense as it was the year XB1's biggest exclusive "Halo 5" launched.

VGChartz > Conference > Internet > VGChartz
