The second dumbest thing I've ever done was to try to use my Wii U and TV in the middle of a particularly bad thunderstorm.

Let's just say that the TV power adaptor and the fuse of an AVR both blew...

You're part of the problem. Caricaturing the opposing side's arguments really isn't the best way to go about this. Mind you, their solutions are far from optimal - even when their goals sre considered - and I have my own solutions that vary by case (and will cough up for a reasonable "advising fee" ;)

Have you even read my post history in the Politics Discussion?

i think the difference is that many people on here are 'right', but still present their opinions in a respectable manner and aren't very rude about it.

 

I'm not some super liberal who'll make fun of anyone who disagrees with me. I can respect someone who sees things differently than me. It's only when they do it in a ridiculous manner.

 

I've seen your posts before, and it isn't as bad as the paranoid-filled posts of other users on here.

Similiar. In an abusive relationship for way too long when I young.  Why? I convinced myself due to low self esteem it was what I deserved.  No one deserves that.
