In user point, there is one option to submit a game and gain 10 points after approval. 

I looked around but it sends me to another website gamewise.co, Although not a very easy to navigate site for submitting a game but i finally managed to add a game in there but its very hard. 

So my question is how to get those points, and if adding games in gamewise give points on vgchartz then why i have not been awarded points?

Oh oh... I think we are far past the point of being able to do that. Gamewise is ioi's other game website project, I guess.

I wasn't visiting VGC at the time of Gamewises' creation, but I am quite sure that the game DB got broken about the same time.

So point table should be updated. which activity gives point and which have no value. Just saying

If there was a list of what should be updated, it would not fit in the VGC server memory.

The secret truth is that the points themselves are actually all worthless.

You know what, if the database actually worked properly, I'd put a lot of time adding my collection to the site, and adding games that aren't already there.

For ioi, the latter is true.

But we have an active staff over here that tries to maintain VGC itself, so I wouldn't say it's abandoned altogether.
