i got both plastic film and tenpered glass as i wasn't sure which i would use.  they were both cheap anyway so didn't want to go back to store.

Yeah, that would be ideal if they did that. I have my doubts they'll do that right away. It looks like the 3DS has the screen scratching issue all the way up to the 2DS, where they finally got rid of the weird box outline around the touch screen. It also confuses me why they put the charger imput on the bottom.

Yeah, that would be ideal if they did that. I have my doubts they'll do that right away. Instead of moving the charger input it would be best if they just add a second one at the top.

Otherwise you would have to insert the Switch upside down into the docking station... not very intuitive. A cable at the bottom is also more comfortable, if you hold the Switch in the hands while charging it from a power bank.

I see no downsides when the Switch has two instead of one USB-C-Ports. ;)

Get that tempered glass protector and don't think twice about it. The plastic one is garbage and you'll feel bad for ever considering it.

I was going to but i didn't a it gives me a reason to go back whe other games release.

Yep bought both already anyway as I wasn't ure f th tamered gla woudl fit in the cradle.

Have you installed one yourself?

In the intructions it say i nee to wipe down the screen with the wet vloth then dry then a soft cloth. Now is that onyl cause the creen may be dirty or doe that help the glass stick down?

I tried both. The plastic one was crap.

 

The tempered glass is much better. I used glass cleaner but I made sure the screen was dry before sticking it to the screen. I think it's just to make sure there's no dust. 

 

It's really easy to put it on the Switch but I doubt I'd give the best instructions without sounding confusing .I'll see if I can find a YouTube video.
