Wondering about what everyone's commute to Work/School is like. The scenario for me is as follows,

Question for you guys.

I potentially have the chance at a promotion but it would extend my daily commute to work from 40 mins to 60-70mins depending on traffic. I get a 10k bump annually with a Company car and a company Gas card.

I can drop my Car insurance and sell my personal vehicle (2013 Avenger) for about 5k.

How many of you would say Yes to that kind of situation?

It takes me about 1 minute to drive to the school I work at... so... long commute😜

I work abut 10 min from my home.

10 minutes to work and 40 minutes to school.

If I was already happy where I was, I would probably say no in your situation. 

By Train ,　30 minutes.

During the school year around a 20 minute walk, but the school is huge.

Right now, around a 50 minute bus ride.

School: 20 minute bus ride
Work: 50 minute train ride

I would take the promotion, but then again, I'm a rather materialistic person

20 min by car.

40 minutes biking.

my commute is 15-20 minutes by car in the morning and a solid 30-40 minutes on the way home.

Shadow, I'd take that deal in a heartbeat. ~11-12k in income + 5k bonus is worth the extra commute imo.
