Forums - Gaming Discussion - Hellblade: A Beautiful Hell

Finally beat it.
It was something special. More than a game.

Around the Network

Hellblade is now the number 1 selling Digital-only title in the PlayStation store in the UK & US.
Great news as I was worried it was going to go under the radar as there hasn't been much marketing for it.

I still don't get it...admittedly I've only played it for around hour-hour and a half, but in that time only thing that I found even remotely interesting was combat...as I said before, mostly for feints...it irks me to no end that in Souls you can't do feints (well, technically you can, but it's not very usefull), so that was really fun to experiment with.

But everything else...oh boy...I rolled my eyes about dozen times and eventually decided not to waste my time and just refund it and go for Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun...those are Blades that I actually like quite a bit.

Upon my completion a few minutes ago, here's a final image (no spoilers, so don't worry). Without a doubt, the best use of psychosis I've ever experienced in a video game, the best looking and captured model in any video game, and a project that will be talked about for generations to come!

Nice pic,

Im still yet to finish the game, however ive been told that if you collect all the runes in the rune circles througout the game that you get a alternative ending!? so without spoiling anything can you confirm this? the reason i ask if because, while ive tryed to find them, all ive missed two (im just over three quarters the way round) I guess ill just do another playthrough anyway but i would like to know if its true.
