When I was younger they had Johhny Bravo, Powerpuff girls, Teen Titans, Samurai Jack, Courage the Cowardly dog, and then the classic cartoons early in the morning.

This garbage is just sad honestly. I get they care about ratings, but how do people not get tired of TTG?

It's true, Cartoon Network back in the late 90's and early 2000's was great. Ed, Edd, Eddy, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Johnny Bravo, Dexter's Lab, Star Wars Clone Wars (2003), Teen Titans, Samurai Jack, reruns of classic cartoons like Loony Tunes. Most of their shows these days suck.

I don't like playing the "my generation is better" card, but CN took a hit in quality. I understand if they don't want a Johnny Bravo successor due to fears of criticism, but they can still do so much more.

Around the Network

Ive been following their schedules for months now. they frequently have huge time slots dedicated to reruns of Teen Titans GO, averaging about 150 episodes per week. the schedule for this week is a bit more drastic with 300 episodes in one week. the only other thing thats playing is OK K.O. which premiers this week. the sad thing is they actually have a lot of good shows but never bother to give them any run time

but in you didnt know, next week the original Teen Titans gets a 1 hour time slot every morning at 6 which nobody saw coming, and the entire first 2 seasons are on demand now. i dont know what that means to anyone else in the grand scheme of things, but you know, its something

Wait... Is that truly a Wonderful 101 reference?

My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.

Cartoons are for kids ...

Gumball and Regular Show were pretty good tbh, Gumball was very happy and imaginative with it's animation and Regular Show was like the Seinfeld of kids cartoons. Very dry humor with a great mix of the ordinary and the imaginative, which always felt like an expansion of the boredom Mordecai and Rigby were facing during their job. It's like the cartoon a teen would make during a part time job at a Drive in no one goes to. I stopped watching them as I grew out of cartoons though, and I remember Regular show having some pretty bad episodes.

I never got the hype for Adventure Time. Just goddamn awful except Jake and Marceline, Finn has got to be one of the most garbage characters ever.

In my country there's waaaaaay more variety in the schedules + they air the Pokemon anime.
I wish they aired more Adventure Time tho.

P.S. Steven Universe, Adventure Time and Gumball rock.

I appreciate the simplicity of adventure time. Nothing too complicated and the adventures were pretty well written. Also all the characters had an interesting history so it was nice to see the episodes about their past. Had some of the best spin offs ive ever seen to, the female Finn and Jake episode was really creative and cool. Can't wait for the final season.

Here in the states CN lost the licence to air pokemon. Disney XD is the home of pokemon now.

Actually now that I think about it, I like pretty much every character except Finn.

I liked some of the episodes a lot.  But ... I barely remember them. Cloud Princess, Ice King, and that one Unicorn were so funny. Marceline and Jake were great too.
