The UK buys what the shop shove in their faces. So that's the standard COD/FIFA/GTA and anything PS i.e. Crash. Nintendo products are barely sold at retail at all. Xbox has usually equal floor space to PS but everybodies friend's dog has a PS4 so that's what they will get to be able to play FIFA together. It's so sad. UK gamers as a whole are just complete stupid.

Give up moaning about what's currently popular in the UK.

When Nintendo was doing well we couldn't move for Wii and DS displays in stores. Now that PS4 is dominating the market, it's pretty obvious that retailers will cater to the consumers demands. When the Switch starts to build a solid userbase, you can fully expect retailers to adapt to the change.

Gamers can see past this fickleness. Which is why physical games stores (along with the naff pricing structure) in the UK are on their knees. Game will be gone within a year or two, that's pretty much guarenteed and there's not much left after that. It's will be all online stores only.

Why would the cause of that be that they display games that sell better on systems that sell better?

Crash and Horizon are immortal!

Huge hits

Where's all the sick motherfuckers who said no body cared about Crash Bandicoot? It's not just a game it's a movement, a revolution you salty bastards. #CrashIsBack

Those FH3 legs...

Made a bet with LipeJJ and HylianYoshi that the XB1 will reach 30 million before Wii U reaches 15 million. Loser has to get avatar picked by winner for 6 months (or if I lose, either 6 months avatar control for both Lipe and Hylian, or my patrick avatar comes back forever).

I think we know what happened here.

Bet with Adamblaziken:

I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.

Because the pricing strategy by game is to look at everyone else's prices and then add £10-£30. They completely fail to gamers out there and have to rely on the casual market and clueless mothers.
