I wonder who first voted for GB...  I was about to take a long break from VGC but couldn't miss out on the prediction league.  Sorry guys I guess your stuck with me.  Proud to have won the loser bracket last year.  Still waiting on my loser trophy though.

I first thought you were suggesting that you were going to play QB for the Bears.  I've known they had a bad QB situation for years if not decades but I didn't know it was that bad.

Couldn't have been any worse than Rex Grossman that one Super Bowl.

Maybe message the people already signed on for the prediction league, cus I rather doubt they all check the thread often enough during preseason to necessarily see the info about the fantasy league

I've thought about doing fantasy league for awhile but I don't think I have time or effort for that.  Nor knowledge of current players besides the superstars.

There's pretty minimal time/effort required outside of the initial draft (and you can skip that if you really want to; basically every website will automatically make picks for you based on what positions you still need filled and what quality players are left). It's a pasttime that you can spend a ton of time researching, but in my experience that almost always has negligible returns.

Ya, as the others have said, it's really not much of a commitment. It's like maybe 20 minutes tops for the draft, and then after that your average engagement needn't be more than 5 minutes a week.

As far as player knowledge goes, aside from the aides you have at your disposal, given that we'll only be an 8 player league, we don't need to go nearly as deep as others. Pretty much all of the players utilized for us are going to be the more well known quantities in the league. 

Okay I guess I'll attempt to take part in a fantasy league. Going to try and join the league now.  My team name is The Longest Foot.  Sorry it is a little early here and my humor levels are pretty low.
